Meet James

James Moore is the principal real estate broker at Winter Park based, JBM Realty, LLC. James has been active in real estate for over a decade and is a licensed Florida attorney since 2016. His educational background include a B.S. from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M School of Law.

James discovered his passion for real estate while working at his family-owned Winter Park law firm, which specializes in real estate matters. There he acquired a sharp knowledge of real estate laws, contract negotiations, probate matters and title underwriting. During his time in the legal profession, James has mastered the skills necessary to navigate the tricky terrain of real estate transactions and how the process affects all parties involved. In addition to being an active member of the Florida Bar, he is also a Principal at Boyd Hard Money Lending, a private equity lender.
